Shipping within the United States

Elizabeth’s Fashions offers free standard UPS shipping, with no minimum purchase, to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, PO Boxes, or international destinations. Expedited shipping is not offered.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders ship from 3642 International Blvd, Oakland, CA 94601, United States. Processing takes 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding warehouse holidays. The cutoff is 2:00 PM Pacific Time (America/Los_Angeles, observing daylight saving time). Orders received after the cutoff or on a non-processing day begin processing the next business day.

Estimated UPS transit time is 3–7 business days after dispatch, separate from processing. Delivery days are Monday through Friday, subject to carrier holidays and service interruptions. Combined estimated processing and transit time is 4–10 business days. Tracking details are provided when your order ships.

Address accuracy and delays

Please check your delivery address before ordering and contact us promptly about corrections. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. Weather, carrier disruptions and peak periods may affect estimates. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you with a revised estimate and offer the choice to consent to the delay or cancel for a full, prompt refund. Applicable cancellation and refund rights are not limited by this policy.
