This website is operated under the business name Elizabeth’s Fashions. These terms describe use of elizabethsfashions.com and purchases made through this store. Please read the product information, checkout summary, Shipping policy, Return and refund policy, and Privacy policy before ordering.

Products and pricing

Available sizes, colors, specifications and prices appear on individual product pages. Screens and lighting can affect how colors appear; this does not limit your rights if an item is materially different from its description. Prices and checkout amounts are in US dollars. Product prices exclude sales tax; any applicable tax and shipping charges are shown separately at checkout before payment. No discount applies unless it is stated and its conditions are met.

Orders and account information

Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and order only through a payment method you are authorized to use. Keep account credentials confidential. The order-received notification acknowledges receipt; we check availability and order details before dispatch and send shipping and tracking information when the order ships.

If an item is unavailable or an order contains a material pricing or description error, we will contact you about the available options. We will not charge a higher amount without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an order, any payment for the unfulfilled items will be promptly refunded. Changes to published prices or policies do not retroactively change accepted orders.

Shipping, returns and cancellations
